On our high street Starbucks brought out 'Unicorn Frappicinos' for five days only and saw a huge excitement and frenzy around their drink as for many this was their first encounter with unicorn food. Such an emerging trend that the mainstream press New York Times and Daily Mail have articles about this interest in unicorn food!

Food stylist Adeline Waugh is seen as one of the first movers in this internet craze with her creation of unicorn toast. She uses cream cheese and natural food dyes such as turmeric and beetroot to create beautiful pastel coloured hues- then tops with rainbow coloured sprinkles and gold leaf. These are truly magical creations and have sparked so many other unicorn inspired foods!
